Equipment Co. Ltd. founded in 1999. MZT is mainly developing the foundry technology together with two 
daughter companies – Suzhou Mingzhi Foundry Equipment Co.Ltd. .(MZE) and Suzhou Mingzhi Foundry 
Co.Ltd.(MZF). MZE is mainly developing the core-making equipment, Al gravity die casting equipment, tooling 
and the related system integration works. MZF is mainly for the casting development, production and the casting 
service engineering, MZT is a leading company offering the best solutions for first class core making system, 
Aluminium casting cell and high-tech casting production and development service in China. The young and

Suzhou Mingzhi Foundry Equipment Co. Ltd is known throughout China for its core enterprise of designing and manufacturing foundry equipment, and utilizes world-leading technologies as well as internationally recognized quality standards. Mingzhi Foundry Equipment Ltd places great emphasis on the efficient production of high quality foundry equipment, and combines this with specialist moulds to create business solutions that are sure to meet our clients’ high expectations.

The company focuses on the design, development and manufacture of high-quality non-ferrous alloy foundry and core-making equipment, including aluminium casting machinery, fully automated cold/hot box core shooters, core sand mixers (and their supplementary devices), gas generators, gravity die casting machinery and the corresponding automated production lines.

Most senior personnel were trained in Germany. As a result, the company is an industry-leader in technological know-how. High-level engineers and technicians also have many years of experience, and are familiar with all aspects of the industry. Their flexibility enables them to use world-leading CAD software to develop custom-made equipment efficiently and accurately, providing an important foundation that allows the company to cater to its clients’ specialist requirements.

There are more than forty skilled engineers and technicians in the company’s mould centre. They use advanced CAD/CAM design technology to manufacture high-quality foundry moulds, die casting moulds and core boxes. Furthermore, the many years of experience these personnel have in foundry design allows them to develop new foundry and core-making equipment for our clients. The company possesses high-speed CNC and CMM measuring machinery. Apart from this top-of-the-range hardware, the company also has experience in simulating foundry casting processes, as well as rapid prototype castings. Mingzhi Foundry

Suzhou Mingzhi Foundry Co., Ltd was established in July, 2003. The workshops of 6700 square meters for aluminum casting, 250 square meters for magnesium casting and 2100 square meters for machining and casting storehouse was built up on land of over 68,000 square meters. The company reached production capacity of 2000t/y aluminum and magnesium castings.

The direction of the company is to develop and produce complicated and difficult aluminum and magnesium castings with gravity die casting process, sand casting process and low-pressure casting process.
